HVAC

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.

• Troubleshooting, repair of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), level measuring instruments, primary measuring instruments such as orifice plates, pitot tubes, rota-meters, mass flow meters, flow switches, analyzers, etc.
• Maintenance of Smart transmitters and electrically operated control valves. 
• Checking workability, precision and accuracy of instrument gauges and other field devices
• Recalibration and repair of process plant field instruments and devices
• Ensure that end-end connectivity from process plant field instruments to the central control panel is always maintained
• Performs all tasks in accordance to Company approved Safety, Health and Environmental procedures and guidelines
• Ensure that plant availability is always maintained at its optimum level to the standard of the plant and client.
• Be competent in maintaining the plant equipment.
• Be competent in repair procedures of the plant equipment.
• Compliance to Safety, Statutory, TTGS HRM and GMP
• Any other operation & maintenance works as directed by the Immediate Superior or the Management

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works as assigned.
• Ensure the service report form/ checklist is correctly filled and endorsed by the client after completion of work.
• Update the inventory whenever parts or consumables are used.
• Perform work safely & efficiently.
• Report safe working conditions to Supervisor.
• Report unresolved maintenance work to Superior
• Provide emergency support to Engineering Department during the major breakdown
• Assist other team members in defect rectification or PM (preventive maintenance) works.
• Supervise sub-contractor as applicable.
• Compliance to Safety, Statutory, TTGSB HRM, and GMP
• Any other task assigned by Engineering Manager / Management.
