Senior Planning Engineer

Required Skills and Qualifications: BE Civil with 7-10 years of experience. Conversant with MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred. Having in-depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP on project scheduling tracking, delay analysis, WBS. Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management principles. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes. Key Responsibilities: Planning, scheduling, executing and monitoring of projects at different sites. Monitoring the progress of all construction activities and track the same as per the schedule. Oversee the development of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Project completion in accordance with agreed scope, time, cost, and safety parameters. Ensure that all construction activities conform to architect specifications. Preparing the daily and weekly schedule of the activities. Preparation of quality plans and methodology for execution. Conduct regular inspections and quality reviews. Monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project profitability. Analysis for cost and time optimization for smooth execution. Preparing budget, cash flow and material/manpower projections for overall project. Develop proper project specification documents. Review and reporting of progress versus schedule.
