Job Title: B2B Sales Lead Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 7,000-10,000 per month UAE Driving License is a Must. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably within luxury goods, interior design, or related industries. About the Client Our client is a leading provider of luxurious, high-quality handcrafted scents created with spirituality, sustainability, and a commitment to giving back. Their signature collections, crafted in their Dubai atelier, reflect this essence of care and craftsmanship. In addition to their own luxury brand, they also specialize in bespoke gifting and private collections. With a focus on craftsmanship and design, they deliver innovative, sustainable solutions to enhance the ambiance and aesthetic of any space, catering to an exclusive clientele that values uniqueness and elegance. Job Description The B2B Sales Lead will be responsible for driving the growth and management of the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment, focusing primarily on building and nurturing corporate client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Client Development: Cultivate and expand partnerships with corporate clients for gifting, events, and promotional activities. Actively source leads, secure agreements, and oversee the full sales cycle. Partner with internal departments such as Design, Finance, Production, and Logistics to deliver custom solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring timely delivery and optimal margins. Strengthen and expand the portfolio of corporate clients, fostering repeat business and long-term relationships.
  2. Project Management: Manage all B2B projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on schedule while meeting margin objectives. Champion a culture of responsibility, precision, and timely project delivery.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Establish and sustain robust relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and positive feedback. Work alongside the leadership team to optimize strategies and enhance profitability within the B2B segment.
  4. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed targeted sales goals within the corporate client category. Develop and implement creative sales strategies to expand the B2B business.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with teams across various departments, including Design, Finance, Production, and Logistics, to ensure flawless execution of B2B initiatives.
