This Role is intended towards Emiratisation Sobha Constructions is a fast-growing construction company in the Middle East with a vision to be a pioneer in redefining the quality standards in construction. We are looking to hire individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a comprehensive training program covering various engineering disciplines.
Work closely with senior engineers and managers to support ongoing projects and operations.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
Conduct technical analysis and contribute to research and development activities.
Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Gain exposure to different engineering systems and practices across multiple departments.
Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your technical and soft skills.
Develop an understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

UAE Nationals (Emirati) who has completed their Engineering Degree.
Family Book.
0 to 3 years of experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and eager to learn and grow.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of engineering tools, software, and methodologies.
