About PaySprint PaySprint is a NexGen B2B FinTech Company that provides a range of APIs in the Banking, Financial and Verification sectors. We have developed a Unified Open API Platform to bring all APIs together on a single, comprehensive dashboard, making it easier for partners to access and view all their APIs and resources. We have launched SprintVerify, a No-Code SaaS Verification Platform that provides a fast, secure, and reliable document verification experience. We have over 80 APIs across different segments, such as Banking, Verification, Insurance, Lending, Investment, and Travel, and we offer flexibility to tie up with any bank of the partner's choice. We have a dedicated customer support team to assist partners at every step. Our Unified Open API Platform reduces operational complexities, providing a consistent developer experience with minimal integration hassle and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth efforts and gaining valuable hands- on experience in various aspects of business development. Objectives of this role
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients. o Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
- Track all business-related invoices and coordinate with the Team.
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to the Team.
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for business development and a willingness to learn and take on new challenge.
