Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- With a minimum of 1 year related experience in Sales
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong composition and prioritizing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Conducts Field Service Operation (FSO) and Information Drive to extend PSMBFI services among members in remote areas
- Receives loan application forms and conducts initial evaluation to determine estimated loan proceeds
- Scans and sends loan application forms together with documentary requirements to concerned department through File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
- Assists beneficiaries of deceased member in complying with necessary documents and informs them on availability of their claims
- Releases checks to rightful payees and prepares related reports
- Prepares daily production report and submits to Regional Services Officer
- Answers queries from walk-in members regarding products and services of the company
- Distributes Membership Certificate and Policy Contract to members
- Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
- Performs other related functions as directed by superior
