Distribution Planner- Passenger Vehicle OEMs

Purpose of Job Distribution Planning for OEMs is centrally coordinated at Head Office by SCM. The incumbent will be responsible to meet dispatch commitment to OEMs from production plants & JIT warehouses and ensure adherence to cost budget. Main Responsibilities Consolidate inwarding plan of PV OEMs to estimate SKU-wise & plant-wise dispatch requirement · Prepare executable dispatch plan and give customer-wise availability/ commitment based on production schedule & available FG inventory · Coordinate with FGS, PPC, JIT warehouses & logistics team to meet dispatch plan · Ensure 100% delivery rating as published by OEMs · Conduct audits of JIT warehouses and facilitate space management & compliance to customer specific process requirements/ quality standards · Work in CFTs to facilitate PPAP & sample submission for new projects · Publish MIS on monthly schedule adherence & provide gap analysis · Participate in S&OP meetings with regional business teams to review dispatch status and help resolve issues that could impact sales · Monitor SLOB inventory, facilitate liquidation by seeking required allocation and arrange stock readiness for timely dispatch Skills & Knowledge Requirements Knowledge : (Technical / Functional) Proficiency in MS Office, SAP MM/PP, Power BI Exposure to transportation/ vendor management is preferable Skills : Good planning & analytical skills Excellent communication skills Interpersonal Skills Problem solving skill Qualifications Engg. Graduate/MBA (Ops) from Reputed College Experience Minimum 3 Yrs
