JOB OBJECTIVE : A Sales Coordinator in the laminate industry primarily provides administrative support to the sales team, managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate sales data, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales representatives, and the production facility, all while focusing on promoting laminate products to achieve sales targets within the industry. - Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and talent development needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs, establish clear learning objectives, and align training programs with organizational goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
- To adhere the end-to-end recruitment process for Branches, Head Office and Factories.
- Maintain data base for strategic positions and to execute the recruitment process as per the business requirement.
- To coordinate with the recruitment agencies for qualitative CVs in cost effective manner
- Lead a team of trainers and facilitators, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their training delivery skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees.
- Promote employee engagement in training initiatives and professional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate training and development into the overall talent management strategy.
- To have coordination with the employees for having database of CVs for upcoming vacancies and replacement positions.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and initiatives that address identified needs.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection, assessments, and performance metrics.
- To adhere the RECRUITMENT GUIDELINES and to ensure filling of vacancies as per the agreed TAT
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training events, both in-person and virtual.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
- Monitor and manage the training budget, including cost control and reporting.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices in training and development.
- To adapt the best practices of the segment for recruitment process and to ensure best talent fit to the organisation.
- Training Effectiveness.: - Post Training Assessments, Surveys and feedback.
- Training ROI: - Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of training programs by comparing costs to improvements in employee performance.
- Training Content Quality: - Ensure the training materials remain up to date and relevant.
- Employee Engagement: - Ensure that training initiatives contribute to employee engagement
- Compliance Training: - Ensure all employees are compliant with mandatory training requirement.
