Willing to migrate other country (Philippines & Indonesia) About the Role The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment with business goals. They manage processes, teams, and resources to optimize performance and drive growth. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution :.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

• Process & Performance Management :.
• Streamline business operations to improve productivity and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

• Team Leadership & Development :.
• Lead and mentor teams across various departments.
• Ensure proper training, motivation, and performance management.

• Financial & Budget Management :.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and operational cost efficiency.

• Compliance & Risk Management :.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Mitigate risks related to operations and supply chain management.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management :.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• 10+ years of experience in operations, including leadership roles. Preferably from an engineering sector or a manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with process optimization, project management, and digital transformation.
