Senior Manager - B2B Digital Banking Alliances

SonyLIV is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Growth & Monetization, ( B2B Digital Banking alliances). The primary role of the incumbent is to build partnerships across BFSI sector specially Banks, NBFC’s, Gifting partners etc. to drive revenue growth and distribution across various categories including Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, Insurance, Loyalties etc. Education: MBA Preferred Experience: 8 -12 years, preferably with a bank or payment processing companies. The incumbent should be part of alliance team driving digital partnerships. Location: Mumbai Business/Channel/Function: Digital Business (SonyLIV) Key Responsibilities: Business Development

• Identify new business opportunity through new potential clients or new stream of revenue from existing clients
• Drive growth from existing partners by creating new categories across banking and NBFC segment.
• Build partnerships with conventional and new age insurance companies and BFSI sector

Business Operations

• Take ownership on the business and manage end to end operations for the particular account which includes marketing support , reporting and business performance

Collaboration and Cross function Role

• Incumbent is expected to work with various teams (Internal & external) to drive business objectives and ensure efficient deliverables

Critical Competencies: Behavioural

• Entrepreneurial attitude with Insights to data
• Attitude towards business development is a must
• Should be a self-starter with industry network in BFSI sector
• Should be a team player with ability to works with cross functional teams including Legal, Product, Tech, Content etc.

Technical

• Understanding of basic Subscription Management process
• Service Integration and reporting know how
