Junior Producer

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Digital Content Producer to join our team. This role is integral to identifying emerging trends, creating engaging content, and supporting the pre-production of various projects. As part of a company dedicated to influencers and content creators, you will collaborate closely with creative teams to craft impactful digital narratives. Core Functions Content Research & Ideation Monitor and analyze digital trends, social media activity, and pop culture to inspire fresh content ideas. Conduct audience research to ensure content resonates with target demographics. Generate innovative concepts for videos, social media posts, and campaigns that align with brand goals. Content Creation & Writing Develop creative, engaging, and trend-aligned scripts and captions for various platforms. Craft compelling storytelling arcs for video content. Assist in editing and refining content to maintain high standards of quality and alignment with objectives. Assist in planning and organizing shoots, including creating shot lists, securing locations, and managing logistics. Support coordination with influencers, creators, and team members during pre-production. Maintain schedules to ensure smooth project execution. Be comfortable appearing on-camera as a host, interviewer, or participant in various content formats. Contribute to the authenticity and relatability of our digital content. Content Optimization Adapt content for various digital platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Analyze performance metrics and contribute insights to enhance content effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications Relevant diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Creative Writing, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content production, copywriting, or related fields. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and content trends.
