Information Technology Operations Specialist (Microsoft) - 1 Year Contract
Salary: AED 22,000 + VISA + Medical Insurance Length of Contract: 1 Year The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online and On-prem, File Server, and overseeing server upgrades from 2016 to 2022. The candidate should have a strong grasp of timeline management to ensure the successful server upgrades within a specific timeframe. Additionally, the candidate must have a good knowledge of security, including patching and vulnerability management. Key Responsibilities:- Active Directory Management:
- Oversee Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, ADCS (PKI), KMS, NPS (Radius), and WAP Reverse Proxy/ARR Servers.
- Ensure the smooth operation and security of the Windows Server Operating System, File Server, DFS, and FS Logix.
- MFA and Conditional Access:
- Maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies to enhance security.
- Exchange Online and On-prem:
- Administer M365-Exchange-Online and Exchange On-Prem environments.
- Support M365-Teams, M365-OneDrive, M365 Copilot.
- File Server Management:
- Ensure the efficient operation and security of file servers.
- Server Upgrades:
- Plan and execute the upgrade of servers from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2022.
- Develop and manage a detailed timeline to ensure timely completion of server upgrades.
- Patching and Vulnerability Management:
- Perform regular patching and vulnerability assessments to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online and On-prem, and File Servers.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems and server upgrade processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of security practices, including patching and vulnerability management.
