Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government-related tasks, including but not limited to business licensing, visa processing, document attestation, and various other regulatory requirements. This role is vital to ensuring our clients’ business setups and operations comply with UAE laws and regulations. The PRO will act as the main point of contact between the company, government authorities, and clients. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle all government relations and transactions on behalf of clients, including submission and collection of documents for business registration, visa applications, and other official approvals.
Ensure compliance with UAE's legal and regulatory requirements for business setups, renewals, amendments, and other administrative functions.
Act as the liaison between the company and local government departments such as the Department of Economic Development (DED), Ministry of Labor, Immigration Department, Free Zone Authorities, External authority Approvals, etc.
Process and follow up on business licenses, trade permits, and company registrations.
Assist with the issuance and renewal of work permits, employment visas, residency visas, and other employee-related documentation.
Facilitate document attestation, translation, and notarization processes, ensuring they meet local regulations.
Prepare and submit reports related to government transactions, business setup updates, and progress.
Maintain a detailed and organized record of all government-related documents and transactions.
Provide guidance to clients regarding the necessary legal steps for business formation and compliance with UAE regulations.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the application or approval processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in UAE government regulations, procedures, and policies.
Handle any other administrative and government-related tasks as required by the company and clients.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience (2-5 years) in a PRO role within the UAE, ideally in a business setup, corporate services, or legal consultancy environment.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration laws, business setup regulations, and government procedures.
Strong understanding of the processes involved in business licensing, visa processing, and other government-related formalities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with government officials and clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive approach to resolving challenges and providing client solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.
Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage).
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
