Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy and planning: Put together a yearly 360 calendar to help HQ that includes all activities (PR & media, marketing, events, CRM, VM, etc.) and ensure consistency of our strategy for each launch.
  2. Budget planning and cost allocation for all PR, marketing & communication activities for the markets in the region.
  3. Support brand director with strategic reporting.
  4. Communication, PR, Advertising: Develop & roll out in collaboration with agencies (as required) an impactful local media & PR strategy in line with local needs.
  5. Prepare all online and offline communication material shared by HQ (including newsletters, etc.).
  6. Plan, manage, and execute in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers, etc.) and according to HQ directives all digital communications on local platforms and social media increasing the followers database, following the brand digital calendar and/or special local festivities to achieve marketing & communication results.
  7. Establish and maintain strong connections with key editors, press, opinion leaders as well as media agencies.
  8. Ensure the maximum exposure making sure targets are met online and in print.
  9. Ensure high-quality products placement.
  10. Propose and organize promotional and PR/media events.
  11. Organize shootings for the press in the region and monitor selected photo/video shoots.
  12. Events & Promotion: Plan, manage, and execute events-related activities including brand events and in-store promotions in line with the allocated budget.
  13. Plan, manage and execute the Brand’s Visual Merchandising for all channels, according to HQ directives and consistent with global Brand image standards, ensuring high qualitative visibility of the brand.
  14. Make sure that the highest standards are respected in the stores to convey the best image to clients.
  15. Coordinate with partners as well as with the mall for directly own boutiques to ensure the best exposure of the house.
  16. Prepare, according to HQ guidelines, presentation materials to the department stores and clients including pictures of creations and price information in line with external partners.
  17. Digital Marketing & CRM: Develop and implement clienteling programs (CRM) and incredible client experiences for greater consumer retention and acquisition.
  18. Understand the clients profiles and segment them for targeted communication and adapted clienteling plans. Provide data and analysis as needed.
  19. Define clients treatments and gifting strategy for the region in line with HQ guidelines.
  20. Organize successful product launches of all segments with proper stock and allocation.
  21. Share information on the yearly product launch schedule with other departments and boutiques.
  22. Proactively share local insights on digital communication platforms.
  23. Other: Conduct competitor research and marketing analysis.
  24. Support in organizing and animating training sessions for boutique staff on products and brand identity.
  25. Support and provide inputs where needed in-store layout for new openings and renovations working with HQ designer and local architect.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  1. Minimum of 6 years of in marketing & communication, with experience in the Middle East region.
  2. Fluent in English and Arabic.
  3. Excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe software.
  4. Desire to contribute to the development of the brand.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills with open communication and a good team player.
  7. Can-do, extra mile mindset.
  8. Multicultural sensitivity and international awareness.
