United Arab EmiratesJob Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the innovation strategy to achieve ADPG’s vision of being the preferred provider of world-class, integrated ports, industrial zone, logistics, and maritime trade services.
- Create a culture of innovation and build organizational capability and governance.
- Manage and oversee innovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet strategic objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with innovation projects.
- Develop internal R&D capabilities and introduce new technologies and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Connect ADPG’s innovation process with the global ecosystem, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective execution of innovation programs.
- Provide training and support to employees on innovation processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disruptive thinking.
- Use performance management systems to guide informed, effective, and responsive improvements.
- Evaluate and exploit the potential of new technologies to support ongoing value creation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Required Skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic innovation initiatives. Expertise in market research methods and design. Proficiency in utilizing performance management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
