Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to office staff or management.
  • Greet visitors and offer hospitality services.
  • Ensure the offices and common areas are clean and organized.
  • Assist in preparing meetings and events.
  • Transfer documents and materials between departments or to clients.
  • Serve coffee, tea, and light snacks to employees and visitors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Proficiency in Arabic and another language.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills with a polite and courteous manner.
  • Ability to perform tasks effectively with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
