Sales Lead - IBM/HP/Dell Storage Solutions As a Sales Leader , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IBM Systems business within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic business mindset, and deep expertise in IBM Systems solutions, including Power, Storage, LinuxONE, and System Z . You will collaborate closely with the IBM Systems team and GBM branches to achieve strategic goals, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Systems Business Unit objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with IBM to align go-to-market strategies, address challenges such as communication barriers or differing priorities, and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Lead and coordinate enablement efforts across GBM teamsincluding sales, technical sales, and delivery to enhance expertise in IBM technologies.
  • Manage the financial performance of the Systems BU, including budgeting, forecasting, system load, and cost control .
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability , taking corrective actions as needed to meet financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, and optimize resource allocation .
  • Set clear objectives, provide feedback, and evaluate team performance.
  • Offer coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to enhance team members&apos skills and expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • 15 years of overall experience, including 10 years in leadership roles.
  • IBM Storage/Infrastructure experience (preferably IBM, though similar experience will be considered).
  • Experience managing a team of at least five people.
  • A proven track record of generating $3040 million USD in revenue for their current company.
  • Experience managing both vendors and customers.
  • Extensive knowledge of IBM Systems solutions .
