Procurement & Logistics Expeditor – ZMi Holdings ZMi Holdings, a leader in offshore marine services, is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Expeditor to join our team in Abu Dhabi . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to expedite shipments
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or logistical issues
- Maintain accurate records of procurement timelines, shipping schedules, and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and logistics regulations
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Prepare reports on expediting activities and provide status updates to management
- Minimum 2-5 years in procurement, logistics, or expediting (preferably in marine/offshore industries)
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and freight management
- Experience in supplier management and order tracking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
