Director with HR knowledge

Our Organisation would greatly benefit from a member with knowledge of best practices in HR Management, ideally but not necessarily in the not-for-profit sector.Tir na Nog, Ballymun Day Nursery Company Ltd by Guarantee, Sillogue Road, Ballymun, D11, provides a professional pre-school service to 120 children in a DEIS 1 area. We are looking to strengthen our voluntary Board of Directors by inviting a new member to join our Board.Our vision is to provide a high-quality service for children, focusing on their social, emotional, educational, and developmental needs both physically and emotionally, while also facilitating the development of parents to access employment and training.The role of the new Director is to add to our skillset and expertise of our current Board. Board meetings are held on average at the end of every two months. They are held in the service, but Zoom can be arranged for members who may have difficulty physically attending on the day.
