As our highly valued Cook with our Coolum team, you’ll create nourishing meals that fuel the bodies and minds of the children in our care. With the close support of our Kitchen Operations Supervisor, you will ensure all our little learners’ dietary requirements are well supported. As a home away from home, our environment provides feelings of safety, security, and support while in the care of our qualified educators. At C&K, we support our team in nurturing play-based learning, developing caring relationships with children and our families, and fostering a lifelong love of learning with every child in our care.

What you’ll bring If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success! We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or related discipline) and Quality Food Supervisor Certificate is ideal, but we are happy to consider unqualified applicants with experience.
• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
