As a growing strategy, project management and advisory business, we are looking for someone who is personally driven and energetic to join our team in Sydney. Key Deliverables

• You must have demonstrable experience in the implementation and management of project management and project control solutions on major, complex infrastructure, utilities, and technology projects.
• Able to lead and manage teams in the delivery of the related activities, including scheduling, cost control, contracts admin, risk management, document control, and project reporting – from project initiation through to project completion and handover.
• Ability to review and evaluate existing project management systems, processes, policies, and tools. Develop and implement strategies to ensure they are fit-for-purpose throughout the project life cycle, whilst seeking ways to continually improve the quality of their outputs.
• Understand the dynamics of and able to implement robust project governance frameworks and change control processes that clearly articulate roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities within a project and provide clear procedures for decision-making and approvals.
• The aptitude and knowledge to engage and communicate clearly with clients, senior executives, project leadership teams, and other key stakeholders in a constructive and positive manner.

About You

• 15 years of project management and project control experience, including the implementation of related systems and solutions.
• 10 years of successfully leading and managing project control teams.
• Degree qualified, preferably with an Engineering, Business, or Technology background.
• Must have worked on major infrastructure, utilities, and/or technology projects i.e. Project value over AUD$250 million.
• Expert knowledge of and the ability to implement project management systems, such as Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, Oracle Aconex, etc.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on any reasonable work-related tasks, especially when working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
