Director of Recruitment and People

As Director of Recruitment and People, you will drive our people agenda, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while building a positive and engaging workplace that reflects our Anglican values and educational mission. You will:

1. Lead the development and implementation of the DIO Employee Value Proposition
2. Create innovative approaches to talent acquisition and development (with future proof planning)
3. Work closely with the Leadership team, shape our employee experience
4. Drive and enable leadership development across Teachers and Support Staff
5. Contribute to strategic decision-making

You will bring:

1. Strategic HR Management experience
2. An ability to manage direct reports to ensure the best possible service to the wider School and School Community
3. A sound understanding of Employment Law and willingness to be proactive across all current legislative changes
4. Experience with a wide range of IT platforms and programmes
5. Proven track record in building strong internal stakeholder relationships with a diplomatic and analytical style
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
7. Tertiary qualification in HR or business
8. Understanding of and respect for Anglican values in education
