Alfa Laval CorHex invites you to strengthen our expanding team in Gimhae, South Korea where we manufacture our compact high pressure diffusion welded Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger. You will be joining a great team with a diverse international background that love what they do. This close team forms the global engineering centre of excellence serving our developing Energy and Marine business. Key responsibilities of position (Job Description) Project Management Team Unit (Department) Manager and Process Owner. Complex/Very Complex Order Project Execution:- Lead, manage and coordinate all phases of project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
- Act as the primary point contact for sales and engineering teams, external providers, and clients to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance and potential issues to stakeholders.
- Responsible for the result and successful completion of project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on pressure vessel projects.
- Proven experience in leading a project management team.
- Strong working knowledge of pressure vessel design, fabrication, and industry standards (e.g. ASME).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
