Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled a Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring top-performing sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specializing in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality sales talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their sales skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Maintain a talent pipeline of strong sales professionals for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain a positive employer brand.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure hiring success and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment (experience in high-volume sales recruitment is a plus).
- Strong understanding of sales roles, competencies, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
