We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Front of House Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail or restaurant experience, with flexibility in work hours and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a friendly, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of retail or restaurant experience, with the ability to work retail hours

Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong customer service skills and knowledge of the service industry

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Friendly, diplomatic, and professional demeanour

Experience in hotel/hospitality will be beneficial

High customer service principles and practices

Excellent people skills, detail-oriented, and dedication to assisting people

Retail sales knowledge is advantageous

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and punctuality

Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to all guests and customers

Assist in managing day-to-day front-of-house operations

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers and team members

Utilize strong leadership skills to lead by example and motivate the team

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of high customer service principles and practices

Handle retail sales responsibilities and contribute to achieving sales targets

Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
