Join to apply for the System Administrator role at 2P Perfect Presentation . We are seeking a skilled L2 Engineer with a strong background in Systems and Network Administration. The ideal candidate will dedicate their time to systems administration tasks. They should have at least 4 years of relevant experience , hold valid technical certifications in Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms , and demonstrate strong hands-on and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily server management, including patching, upgrades, and health checks.
- Manage Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure/O365.
- Monitor and manage cloud-based infrastructure.
- Handle virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) for server provisioning and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement necessary solutions.
- Create and maintain as-built documentation, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in systems and network administration roles.
- Certifications (required):
- Microsoft (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, or Azure certifications).
- Network certifications (e.g., CCNA is a plus).
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate).
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.
- Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting tools.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to create detailed technical documents, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and reports.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
- Knowledge of backup solutions like Veeam or Veritas.
