About the job Registered Nurse - Maternity
- Registered Nurse Maternity
- Contract: Full time, 2-years
- Preference: Eastern European Nationals
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing monitoring of pregnant women, including vital signs, fetal heart rate, and overall well-being.
- Assist with prenatal care, including administering medications, performing tests, and providing education on nutrition and healthy habits.
- Monitor and assist with labor and delivery, including administering pain relief medication and monitoring fetal heart rate.
- Provide postpartum care to both mother and newborn, including monitoring for any complications and providing education on newborn care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and any necessary follow-up appointments.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in maternity care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in Eastern Europe.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in home country.
- Must be eligible to be licensed as an RN in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 2 years experience post Bachelor's degree in maternity nursing.
- BLS Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in medical technology and equipment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call as needed.
