TheSupervisorTrainingComplianceisresponsibleforthecreation,coordination,andimplementationoflearningsolutionsacrossourclientsite,includingadministrationofcurricula.TheSupervisorpartnerswiththebusinesstoensurecurriculaadequatelyreflectjobresponsibilitiesandcompliance-basedactivities. TheSupervisormonitorsprocess,progress,results,anddesignsfeedbackloopsintotheirworkagainstmeasuredgoals.Theyprovidesupporttoensurepersonnelarequalifiedandcapable,whichincludespersonnelfulfillingcompliancerequirementsandcontinuallyincreasingtheircontributiontothebusiness. RolesandResponsibilities TCPortfolioManagement Identify,analyze,anddeterminesolutionsregardinglearninggaps. Definerequirementsforpersonnelqualificationinassignedbusinessarea/function;ensureimplementationandongoingmaintenance. ClientManagement Activelyparticipateinarea/functionprojectandprocessteams. Analyze/understandtheassignedbusinessarea/function,includingbusinessgoals,jobtitlesanddescriptions,keyduties,andresponsibilities. CurriculumArchitectureandAssignment Identifytargetaudienceforspecificlearningintervention. Createandmaintainduty-alignedcurriculawithbusinesspartnersandsupportcurriculaownersinthebusiness. BasicRequirements: 2yearsexperiencemanagingpeopleandorteamsinL&D Experienceintechnicalwriting Demonstratedprogram/projectmanagementskills Experiencewithlearning&developmentandSOPbusinessprocesses Demonstratedabilitytoestablishstrongbusinessrelationships Demonstratedabilityincommunication,conflictresolution,judgmentandmanagingcomplexissues Abilityandwillingnesstochallengebusinesspartnersregardingwaystouselearninginterventionstomosteffectivelymeetbusinessrequirements AdditionalPreferences: ExperienceworkinginaGMP-regulatedenvironment ExpereinceworkinginaPharma/healthcare/lifesciences/compliancesector Experienceinbusinessarea/functionaswellasknowledgeofcompaniontoolsusedtoexecutebroaderbusinessprocesses(suchasCAPAtools/TrackWise,documentrepositories/VeevaQualityDocs) Experienceinsupplieroversight M.S.degreeinInstructionalSystemsTechnology,PerformanceTechnology,AdultLearning,orrelatedexperience/education EducationRequirements: BachelorsDegreeor2+yearsofexperienceinaLearning&Developmentrole OtherInformation: Travelmayberequired. 8hour/daysMondayFriday.Workoutsideofstandardhoursmayberequired.
