Job Title: Telemarketing Specialist - Basic $2000 - $2200 + Comm >$3000 Job Description: We are searching for a driven and detail-oriented Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical for fostering the growth of our company by initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in cold calling, specifically targeting SMEs, property sectors, and potential advertisers seeking marketing solutions. This position requires a strong ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling and Lead Generation : Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and engage potential clients within SME sectors, property sectors, and among potential advertisers looking for marketing solutions. Develop a strong pipeline of leads through effective communication and strategic outreach. Appointment Setting : Successfully warm up prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team. Ensure that these appointments are set with qualified leads to maximize sales opportunities. Client Interaction : Handle client interactions with professionalism and tact, effectively managing rejections and using objections as opportunities to reassess and redirect efforts. Data Management : Efficiently use CRM software to record interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Performance Targets : Achieve predetermined targets and quotas related to calls, lead generation, and appointment settings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven Cold Calling Expertise : Demonstrated success in telemarketing, particularly in cold calling SMEs, real estate professionals, or advertisers looking for marketing solutions. Strong Sales Acumen : Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions that meet those needs, driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal communication abilities, skilled at engaging prospects over the phone and convincing them to take the next step in the sales process. CRM Proficiency : Experienced in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and analyze outcomes for continuous improvement. Educational Background : High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
