As the Global Head of Public Relations for MOONTON Games, you will lead Moonton's global PR team, execute the global PR strategies for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and other products, and also be responsible for the Esports PR work for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. As one of the most popular mobile games globally, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has over 1 billion downloads worldwide and over 100 million monthly active users, and is one of the most-watched Esports titles globally. Job Responsibilities: Manage Moonton's global PR team, ensuring stable operations across all regions and helping the team grow continuously. Maintain and enhance Moonton's media relationships in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, and other regions, establishing deep trust and mutually beneficial relationships with media partners. Formulate the B2B and B2C strategies for Moonton Esports, uncover the compelling esports stories and enhance brand visibility and recognition for Moonton Esports. Responsible for content promotion, press releases and other efforts for multiple game products at various project stages, contributing to the success of game publishing initiatives. Responsible for or participate in Moonton's CSR and GR initiatives in multiple regions, fostering long-term partnerships with relevant stakeholders. Job Requirements: BS/BA in Public Relations, Communications, or a similar field. Over 5 years of work experience in PR-related fields, over 3 years of team management experience, and with proven experience in managing multinational teams. Well-versed in various types of games and possess a deep understanding of the esports landscape. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in internet or gaming companies. Experienced in media relations management, employer brand building, crisis management, etc. Preference will be given to candidates who have been independently responsible for a company's PR module. Candidates with experience in government relations and corporate social responsibility fields will have an added advantage. Open-minded and adept at acquiring new knowledge, with a willingness to embrace fresh challenges. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting and public speaking. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with various external parties or stakeholders will be given a competitive edge.
