Responsibilities Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and other modalities. Assess client needs and tailor treatments to address specific concerns and conditions. Provide expert guidance on wellness practices, self-care techniques, and complementary treatments. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress reports. Uphold a clean, professional, and relaxing environment. Mentor junior therapists and contribute to ongoing team training. Stay updated on industry trends and certifications. Qualifications Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years as a massage therapist. Specializations (Preferred): Myofascial release, reflexology, or any other advanced modality. Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and adaptability. Professionalism: A team player with a passion for holistic health and wellness.
