About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated Cost Accountant to oversee financial operations and contribute to the company's success by optimizing costs and driving operational efficiency. As a key member of the finance department, you'll gain hands-on experience, work on impactful projects, and enhance your expertise in cost management and accounting. Responsibilities:

Oversee branch performance and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Supervise inventory control processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
Calculate and analyze landing costs to support accurate product pricing.
Monitor and optimize labor costs to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement cost accounting procedures and contribute to process improvements.
Prepare detailed cost analysis reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and compliance.
Provide leadership in developing and executing cost control strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in cost accounting, preferably in retail or logistics.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication skills in Arabic and English.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
