AUTOMATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- To set up the required resources including the necessary manpower and expertise for operation of the Department.
- To set up the system of engineering activities, work procedures and work plan for the department.
- To establish engineering guidelines and procedures for the new products.
- To manage & implement engineering & design, work schedules & coordination activities of department.
- To set up & implement ISO Quality Management System in the department.
- To analyze & control cost of resources, operations and products/services.
- To develop, improve & implement work processes, procedures & interactions.
- To handle Engineering & Design activities, job release to production, material requisition, Design improvements, control & verification.
- To interact with clients & vendors on critical technical issues.
- To handle employees related issues, their performance appraisal etc.
- To handle operation & capital budgets & audits.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Power System Automation Equipment, Automation Engineering & Design and Power System Engineering & Design.
- Has worked in a management position for at least three (3) years.
- Fluent in English.
- Technical know-how of the Automation & Power System Solutions Products, Engineering & Design.
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering / BS Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
