The Opportunity The Learning and Development Business Partner is responsible for leading a portfolio of work and will play a critical role in enhancing skills, knowledge and professional development of teams across all departments. You’ll champion innovative Talent development programs and delivery of high-quality, fit for purpose learning experiences and solutions that drive engagement, collaboration and performance across the business. Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions that facilitate and enhance individual and organisational performance.
- Providing expert advice and high-quality consulting services that are responsive to business needs and balance Operating Units objectives with organisational priorities.
- Partnering with business areas to proactively identify learning and development needs, determine potential solutions and work collaboratively to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Proven ability to design, deliver, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs and initiatives that apply contemporary learning concepts and innovative thinking to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to provide consultancy and advice to managers and employees in relation to people-focused initiatives and to use critical thinking skills to solve problems and implement workable solutions.
- Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills and demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate with others and work effectively as a member of a high performing team that delivers quality outputs.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills that meet target audience needs, including the ability to plan, develop, and deliver clear and comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations.
