About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Executive to promote and sell memberships for our exclusive recreational club , which includes a gym, snooker, pool, steam bath, and play area . As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for attracting new members, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving membership sales targets . This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about health, fitness, and luxury leisure services with strong persuasion and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and social media marketing .
- Conduct in-person tours of the facility, explaining the benefits of membership.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed memberships by effectively communicating the value of our club services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for membership sign-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, and objections professionally.
- Provide personalized membership packages based on client needs and interests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events .
- Use social media, networking, and partnerships to generate leads.
- Participate in local events, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement to attract new members.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions .
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Analyze membership trends and suggest improvements to increase sales efficiency .
