Data Test Analyst

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Data Test Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract based in Wellington, with a focus on leveraging cloud platforms like Snowflake for data testing and validation. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans to validate data pipelines and transformations.
• Perform comprehensive data quality checks to ensure data integrity across various systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies and issues.
• Use Snowflake and cloud-based platforms for data testing and validation.
• Document test cases, results, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and other cloud platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail in data quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience working with banking or financial datasets.
