QA Automation Test Engineer: About the Role We are seeking a dynamic QA/QV Lead to drive quality assurance and verification for the AI Technologies Engineering team. In this exciting role, you will extensively leverage Generative AI solutions for QA \ QV and will lead the design and execution of both manual and automated testing processes. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers, leveraging your QA \ QV, software engineering, and comprehensive understanding of user experience and design patterns to deliver to ensure products meet or exceed quality and usability requirements. As a hands-on leader, you will manage a team of QA/QV engineers, oversee the creation and execution of test cases, and personally implement innovative QA \ QV AI technologies and ensure product quality. Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this exciting opportunity to shape the future of QA/QV in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment Key Responsibilities ●Develop, implement, and oversee the creation and execution of QA/QV solutions, frameworks, and processes. ●Foster continuous improvement in Agile practices, team dynamics, and QA/QV methodologies. ●Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product capabilities. ●Design, execute, and automate test plans and cases to validate product functionality, performance, and compliance. ●Monitor and report quality metrics, test progress, and product readiness to stakeholders. ●Act as a change agent, driving operational effectiveness and implementing process improvements. Required Skills ●2+ years of experience in AI/ML/Generative AI concepts, processes, and applications applications. ●Experience using Generative AI solutions in your day to day work ●Knowledge of cloud-based AI services and infrastructure ●5+ years of experience creating and executing QA \ QV. ●2+ years of experience leading QA \ QV solutions. ●3+ years of experience engineering and deploying QA \ QV solutions. ●Solid understanding of software development processes and operations. ●Ability to plan and execute change through a formalized change management process. ●Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent domain ●Proficiency in managing Jira instances, including backlogs, sprint planning, and roadmaps.
