What part will you play? As a Client Partner Executive for Smart Infrastructure, you will be the strategic lead for Advanta’s business with specific clients in the smart infrastructure and urban development sectors. You will own the client relationship, manage the overall business strategy, and drive the execution of growth initiatives by leveraging the Siemens and Siemens Advanta portfolio. Your role will be central in shaping and delivering cutting-edge, sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of smart cities and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and drive the sales strategy for your assigned client accounts within the Smart Infrastructure and Smart City Solutions domains. By leveraging the Siemens and Siemens Advanta portfolio, create innovative, sustainable solutions to meet the specific needs of smart cities and urban infrastructure projects.
- Identify and engage C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders in smart city projects. Build strong, strategic, and trusted relationships, positioning yourself as a valued advisor to client CXOs and key partners in the urban development ecosystem.
- Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline. Lead sales pursuit teams to identify, pursue, and win strategic opportunities within the Smart Infrastructure markets, driving the closure of high-impact deals and facilitating negotiations for Advanta projects.
- Nurture and qualify leads through needs analysis, value proposition communication, and solution design. Lead proposal development in collaboration with specialized teams (including Solutions Design, Offer Department, and Project Management Office) to craft comprehensive and innovative solutions for smart city infrastructures.
- Drive the entire sales process, including forecasting, account strategy, cost estimation, and negotiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful deal closure, ensuring that each solution is tailored to the client’s unique needs.
- Lead the creation of specific value propositions for your clients, integrating Siemens, Advanta, and partner capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions that meet the unique challenges of smart infrastructure, sustainability, mobility, and digital transformation.
- Several years of experience in technology-driven services or solutions, with a proven track record in developing and delivering projects focused on Smart Infrastructure or Smart City Solutions. Experience in application development and driving business growth in these areas is a must.
- Deep domain knowledge of smart city and infrastructure assets, including transportation systems, energy grids, IoT-enabled urban management, and sustainable urban development. Ability to develop tailored, industry-specific proposals and use cases.
- A strong understanding of relevant technology stacks, including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, cybersecurity, AI, IT, and OT. Knowledge of the integration of these technologies into connected urban environments and smart infrastructure is critical.
- A results-oriented, entrepreneurial approach with a strong focus on value selling, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Demonstrate a keen understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and the ability to close opportunities effectively.
- Expertise in understanding the customer journey in the context of smart cities and urban digitalization. Anticipate the impacts of digital transformation and proactively develop innovative solutions that contribute to the creation of sustainable, intelligent urban ecosystems.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly across organizational levels, functions, and geographies. Engage with senior leadership, technical teams, and international colleagues to foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture and deliver impactful solutions to clients.
- Experience working with international teams and clients on cross-border smart infrastructure projects, adapting solutions to different cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics.
