What you'll be doing You will monitor and ensure a seamless customer journey omni-channel operations across all brands. You will resolve any issues faced throughout the order journey aiming to maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Support the Omni-Channel Operations Lead in ensuring smooth customer journeys across all channels. Assist in communicating changes in processes to service providers and third parties to minimize disruptions. Aid in audits and action plans to enhance operational performance. Collaborate with support services and providers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and improve performance. Participate in brand meetings to assist in supporting growth strategies and operational readiness. Contribute to identifying opportunities for standardization across brands and supporting project coordination. Resolving issues encountered by orders to uphold customer satisfaction. Support in facilitating communication among stakeholders and project initiatives. Assist in analysing processes, proposing enhancements, and contributing to efficiency efforts. Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team. Assist in conducting test orders, tracking journeys, and suggesting improvements. Support in OMS-related configurations or enhancements. Collaborate with the product team to ensure timely delivery of brand enhancements.
