The Technical Content Strategist (CMS Specialist) is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive content management strategy utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery, optimal user experience, and alignment with the organization's marketing goals. Travel Frequency to Riyadh - Initial month - 2 weeks a month i.e 3 days a week. This may go lean in next two months. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust content strategy leveraging CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager to streamline content creation, management, and distribution.
Conduct audits of existing content to identify opportunities for optimization and reorganization within the CMS framework.
CMS Implementation and Oversight:
- Lead the configuration and customization of CMS tools to meet the organization's content strategy needs.
- Manage the content lifecycle within AEM, including authoring, reviewing, publishing, and archiving.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with IT, marketing, and UX teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the CMS platform.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower team members to effectively utilize CMS tools.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in implementing large-scale CMS projects and working in a collaborative, agile environment.
Strong technical proficiency in CMS tools, including content structuring and workflow management.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
