If you enjoy driving efficiency & harmonization within CBD operations and acting as Centre of Excellence for the entire CD ECO system, then this role is just for you! WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  1. E2E supplier management, yearly contract negotiations, track budgets vs spend and secure quarterly budget approvals
  2. Own execution data reporting and fully manage business datasets (OSA/SOS/SOF/Trade stock/EPOS/DSR/RTM/SFI)
  3. Lead execution review meeting with cluster heads & drive execution excellence discipline through 6Ps.
  4. Own country SFI strategy from plan to pay
  5. Lead in the assortment & planogram workshops with effective cascade to the concerned stakeholders
  6. E2E visibility tracking including BDA counter parts and provide necessary feedback & action to stakeholders
  7. Lead in digitization projects internally & with 3P Merchandising teams
  8. Lead quarterly bushfire in designated country
  9. Maintain country channel hierarchy and mappings + CPLs
  10. Plan, recruit and roll out relevant Field Force projects according to business need
  11. Lead & consolidate presentations in multiple forums such as JV board meeting, C10 forums, Key market visits etc...
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  2. 5+ Years in Sales Experience, Business Development or Trade Marketing within FMCG.
  3. High degree of business acumen
  4. Excellence in Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query & other technical skills in data management
  5. Leadership with high purpose/ownership
  6. High agility, commitment, resilience and great discipline
  7. Great interpersonal and influencing skills.
  8. General understanding about project management
