This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up to a Vice President position. As VP of Development Delivery, you’ll manage high-profile data center projects, from planning to commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive innovation & sustainability. If you’re a strategic leader with a passion for innovation, scalability, and impact—this is your chance to shape the future of digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee development delivery across all active markets
- Lead Delivery Directors & PMO/Commissioning teams.
- Manage CAPEX budgets, ensuring financial compliance.
- Drive all phases of construction & project execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve build issues.
- Act as a thought leader, integrating key stakeholders.
- Champion company values, EHS, and workplace culture.
- Foster innovation, inclusivity, and high-performing teams.
- Build a collaborative, high-morale work environment
- Lead teams from planning to project handover
- 15-20 years leadership experience in construction/project management
- Data center expertise a must!
- Strong CSA & MEP knowledge
- Fluent English (German/Spanish a plus!)
- Willing to travel 50%
