- North Sydney location, Close To Public Transport Epson is seeking a motivated and energetic team player to join its Marketing Communications Department on a fixed-term basis. Responsibilities of the Marketing and Events Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- In conjunction with the Marketing team support and help co-ordinate Epson’s annual marketing and events plan.
- Ensure the components of all activity are fully costed and events are managed so that they are kept within budgetary guidelines.
- Develop Epson Experience Centre landing pages and Virtual Experience Centre experiences.
- Assist with webinars and pre-recorded sales videos programs to improve business activities – launch new products, training, and virtual demo.
- Execute plans to better use of marketing budget and host events, innovation days, open house, dealer, press, product launches at our Experience Centers.
- Implement creative strategies to promote the use of our Experience Centers - physical and virtual demonstrations, campaigns – social / Channel Epson; eDM.
- Promote Epson events in the digital space – social media platform (event landing page) to regularly update up and coming events, eDM and social content generation with the help of the digital team.
- Work with creative designers and web team to create assets for activity i.e., design, collateral including invites, eDM’s landing pages and social assets.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite products.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and external agencies.
- Highly organised with an ability to juggle tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
