A$200,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr About the Role: A leading Tier One Bank in Australia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in credit risk and Basel III to guide Agile teams through high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements.
• Remove impediments and ensure continuous delivery of value.
• Track and report on progress to senior management.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile best practices.
• Work on projects related to credit risk and Basel III regulations, ensuring compliance and alignment with bank-wide strategies.

Desired experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in financial services, specifically within credit risk.
• Strong understanding of Basel III regulatory requirements and their impact on risk management.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
