Company Description The Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust (LRBT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing curable blindness and impaired vision in underserved communities in Pakistan. With a focus on treating eye-related ailments like cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and corneal issues, LRBT operates 20 hospitals and over 50 clinics nationwide. The organization impacts the lives of numerous patients by providing surgical and treatment options for eye care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ophthalmologist at LRBT in Shahpur Saddar (Sargodha). The Ophthalmologist will be responsible for performing surgeries, laser procedures, and medical treatments for various eye conditions. Additionally, they will conduct eye examinations, diagnose eye disorders, and provide appropriate medical recommendations to patients on a daily basis. Qualifications
- Medicine and Surgery skills
- Expertise in Ophthalmology and Optometry
- Experience in performing laser procedures
- Strong diagnostic and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Board certification in Ophthalmology is a plus
- Experience in managing eye clinics or hospitals
