We invite you to become part of our dynamic team in Christchurch. Your Role: Service Delivery Manager We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the Service Department, ensuring the utmost efficiency and safety in our operations. You will lead a team of Service Delivery People, manage an existing customer base through superior engagement and develop sales with both existing and new customers. This position reports directly to the Service Manager. - Manage the training and development of a team in conjunction with a training needs analysis.
- Manage the Fleet of vehicles assigned to your team.
- Promote and manage Health and Safety compliance.
- Uncompromising team management of DIFOT, minimising customer complaints in accordance with KPI's.
- Business growth through engagement and proactive account management.
- Customer account management.
- Ability to set, manage and achieve team performance and sales targets.
- Highly detail-orientated.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to positively influence change.
