Job Description
- Developing and implementing the internal exhibition strategy, whether in all governorates or at the permanent exhibition headquarters, to ensure that the exhibitions contribute to achieving MSMEDA objectives.
- Design a comprehensive plan for exhibitions in the governorates in line with the objectives of MSMEDA.
- Coordinate with regional offices and partners to ensure effective cooperation and implementation of exhibitions across governorates by working closely with the regional offices to identify opportunities to hold exhibitions.
- Setting clear financial and operational goals for the exhibitions.
- Ensuring the profitability of internal exhibitions to maximize revenues while maintaining the quality of services and opportunities provided to small, medium and micro enterprises.
- Develop cost-effective plans for exhibitions with improved resource allocation.
- Strengthening the role of MSMEDA in local markets to increase the agency’s visibility and enhance its impact in supporting small and medium enterprises throughout Egypt.
- Communicating with local authorities and private sector partners to promote exhibitions in coordination with MarCom Central Sector.
- Ensure the display of high-quality products and services from SMEs at exhibitions.
- Planning and supervising exhibition logistics to ensure smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
- Supervising operational processes including supplier management and logistics.
- Participate in the management of the permanent exhibition building to maximize the use of the building as a main platform for small and medium enterprises and a source of income for MSMEDA.
- Supervising the development and diversification of the exhibitors’ database and ensuring that participants in the exhibitions are constantly new.
- Monitor the performance and impact of exhibitions, evaluate the success of exhibitions and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise and direct team members, setting clear goals and performance indicators..
Job Requirements
- A suitable bachelor's degree is required.
- Not less than 10 years' experience
- Practical experience in the field of exhibition management
- Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
