Job Description
- Identify potential corporate clients and build a robust pipeline through research and networking.
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, including property managers, business owners, and corporate executives.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends to improve sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate.
- Strong understanding of real estate trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior B2B Sales Executive at Nasr City, Cairo
- Real estate experience is a must
