As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your role and responsibilities As an Oracle Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll get in-depth consulting experience, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. • Performing full life cycle of application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing, and data migration
• Analyzing functional and technical requirements in collaboration with client teams
• Migrating between products or integration with other products, configuration of packages, and recovery and backup
• Using your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment
• Assisting in selection, implementation, and support of applications

Required education: Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise:

• Ideally 6-8 years' experience, but we value diverse paths to gaining skills and knowledge
• Core Banking System (FLEXCUBE version 14) knowledge in all modules
• Implementation experience with Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture (OBMA) particularly around FLEXCUBE version 14.7
• SQL / PLSQL knowledge
• Database Knowledge for Core Banking DB
• Application Server Knowledge (FLEXCUBE Core Banking Application Server)
• Java Language Knowledge
• FLEXCUBE System knowledge in new implementation
• Knowledge about Migration of Data into FLEXCUBE (Core Banking) System
• Knowledge about FLEXCUBE Reports and Reporting Dictionary
• Exposure to at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, IBM, or Google Cloud
