Import Logistic Specialist

Job Description

• Follow up the daily shipments and transportation of raw materials, spare parts and machines from suppliers to factories.
• Follow up the shipments and transportation of finished goods from factories to customers.
• Validating and finalizing the completion of paperwork for shipments and customs clearance of shipments on time.
• Finalizing the needed work/tasks with customs and customs clearance companies.
• Coordination with cargo inspection bodies.
• Making sure the proper implementation of the insurance procedures for shipments.
• Follow HSE policies and ISO procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
• Good Knowledge of Egyptian customs laws.
• English Language: Good.
• Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…), and others system (ERP).
• From 3 to 6 years of experience in the same field.
